"What I've Learned this Year"
In this post I learned many things. While in the first year of teaching, they learned many things. Be flexible is the most important thing that I got out of this post. Things are likely to change at any moment of time and with that change, you have to be willing to adapt to that change. Other things that were in this post were to listen to your students, be a good listener, and be reasonable.

ReplyDeleteI also learned many things from reading Mr.McClung's post. I think being flexible is very important when your a teacher. Like you said that at any moment things can change and we have to go with it. I personally could relate to the part about remembering to read your crowd. Mr. McClung's post was very helpful to me and I hope it was to you. I know I will more than likely be coming back to his page to read this post for advice again.
